Yes, we can ship directly to Canada for any address serviced within the FedEx delivery network. Canadian customers will be assessed the appropriate duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees the ensure no additional or hidden charges are presented at delivery. We use a combination of shipping partners including common parcel carriers (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS) and Less-Than-Truckload carriers (e.g. FedEx Freight, Estes Express, XPO Logistics). More information available on our Shipping Information page.

All items available for purchase are stocked at our warehouse in Minneapolis. Standard shipping orders will leave our warehouse within 5 days of the order date.

Unless otherwise requested, all parcel orders (FedEx/UPS) will be delivered with a no signature required service. Parcel orders will be left in a secure location based on the shipping carrier guidelines.

For larger orders shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) service, the delivery carrier will reach out to you directly and schedule a delivery window that meets your needs. These deliveries require an adult present to sign for the delivery. Please note that our shipping partners do not offer in-home delivery. Items will be delivered to a driveway, porch, or other applicable exterior entrance.

  • For LTL Deliveries:
    If the package and/or product was clearly damaged during shipping, refuse the full or partial shipment and let us know right away by contacting us and providing photos of the damage. We will work with you to get replacement items as quickly as possible.

    If the package is slightly damaged, take photos of all damage to item and carton and note “Received as Damaged” when you sign the delivery paperwork presented from the driver. If items are damaged upon opening your item, please contact us and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

  • For Small Parcel Deliveries (FedEx, USPS):
    If there are any damages to the items in your order, please contact us with your order information and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please note that providing photos of the damaged products is required and helps our team expedite the resolution process and initiate a replacement.


Yes, we offer full refunds for any unused items that are returned in original packaging and in sellable condition. We kindly ask that returned items be placed in their original packaging. If original packaging is not available, we ask that you secure appropriate materials to ensure that your items are returned safely and securely.

We will supply prepaid return labels for the return of your unused items. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount once we have received the returned item(s). If items are sent back without a return label provided by SRS, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

Incorrectly placed orders are processed as two transactions— a return and a new order. You may opt to return the incorrect product first if desired. For the fastest turnaround time, place a new order with the correct items so we can begin processing your correct order immediately.

No.Our products are designed as DIY solutions and therefore we do not provide installation services for our materials. To assist with your installation, we have installation guides, diagrams, and videos for all our items available here for your convenience.


Aluminum is naturally rust-resistant, preventing it from degrading due to oxidation caused by iron and oxygen. This material is lightweight and easy to work with, making it perfect for use on our handrails and posts to provide durability in all climates. For further protection, our aluminum is anodized, a process that thickens the natural oxide layer on a metal’s surface into an anodic oxide film which protects against corrosion.

Powder Coated Steel

The powder coating applied to our steel creates a barrier to protect against many different types of corrosion, including rust. Many natural metals, like steel, rust over time with exposure to moisture and oxygen. Our powder coating creates a protective barrier so that the metal remains rust free in all climates.

Stainless Steel

Grade 304 stainless steel is one of the most popular types of stainless steel. It is a member of the austenitic family of stainless steel, containing 18 percent chromium and 8 percent nickel. This combination produces several desirable material qualities such as corrosion and heat resistance, easy maintenance, and maximum durability. These characteristics allow stainless steel to provide great performance while maintaining a reasonable cost.

*Warning/Disclaimer* Grade 304 stainless steel is one step below marine grade 316 stainless steel and can be susceptible to rust when installed near saltwater environments. Safe distance from saltwater is dependent on local climate and we are unable to provide an exact measurement for all locations. If you are concerned about long term durability of our stainless products, there are numerous third-party sealants that can be applied at the customer’s discretion. Please note that we do not guarantee that these methods will mitigate any future rust issues and homeowners should use these solutions at their own risk.

Beech Wood

Beechwood is a very hard wood making it an excellent choice for furniture and flooring. It can withstand heavy loads and is not prone to scratches and dents. Due to its density, it holds nails and screws very well. With its straight grain and uniform texture, it is a perfect canvas for paint or stain. Beechwood is a stable wood for indoor use but can cause problems when exposed to moisture. For this reason, our beechwood products are designed for indoor use only.

Prova handrails are designed to be cut down using common household tools such as hacksaws, chop (miter) saws, or circular saws. Please ensure the appropriate blade is affixed to your cutting tool prior to cutting. Prova stainless steel tube infill can be cut using the same methods as our handrails, or a standard pipe cutting tool that supports metal up to a 3/8-inch diameter. Prova stainless steel cable can be cut with a simple handheld cable cutter.
