Return & Refund Policy
Returns must be initiated through our
Returns Portal within
90 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, all items must be:

100% unused, unopened, unmodified, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

In resalable condition with all original parts, hardware, and components included.

Verified prior to approval by providing clear photos of the items and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items & Forfeiture

Any item that is opened, used, altered, damaged, installed (partially or fully), missing hardware, or has compromised packaging is ineligible for a refund.

Returning opened, used, or ineligible items results in the immediate forfeiture of the product without a refund or return shipment back to you. Please reach out to our customer service team if you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return and refund and we are happy to assist.
