We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $2,000 (excludes HI, AK, PR).
Orders are shipped standard ground via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. For larger orders including all staircase kits, delivery will be fulfilled by LTL (less then truckload) service.
LTL deliveries occur Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Once your item has arrived at the nearest delivery terminal, you will be contacted directly by the shipping partner to schedule delivery at a time that is convenient for you. An adult will need to be present to sign for the delivery. If changes need to be made to an already scheduled delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier directly to make any changes. Missed deliveries where the customer is not present to sign for the shipment will be subject to a missed delivery fee. Please have your tracking number (PRO number) ready for reference when contacting the shipping carrier.
Expedited shipping services (excluding Staircase Kit deliveries) are available in limited situations upon the customer’s request. Please contactcustomer service directly at 855-365-5387 or orders@staircaseandrailingstore.com to request expedited delivery service prior to placing your order. Customers requesting expedited shipping are not eligible for free shipping and will be responsible for all freight charges. Payment for expedited orders must be received by 12pm CST for orders to leave the same day.
Please inspect all products upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us expedite the replacement process, please be prepared to provide your order number, a list of damaged items, and applicable photos.
Please inspect your order and confirm that all items ordered are included in your shipment and in good condition. If you are missing an item or discover a defective item, please contact us at 855-365-5387 or orders@staircaseandrailingstore.com within 30 days of delivery. To help us expedite the replacement process, please be prepared to provide your order number, a list of damaged items, and photos of the damage.
