Refunds

All parcel return labels are issued through FedEx and will be directly emailed to the customer. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for all labels provided by Staircase and Railing Store. Customers may drop off packages at any FedEx shipping location or use the included instructions to initiate a FedEx pickup at their home. For a scheduled pickup, a FedEx driver will arrive at your location and pick up your packages.

Note: Due to the large size and high cost of shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. When returning a staircase kit, customers will be responsible for all transportation as well as a 25% restocking fee.
