Refunds

Customers can choose to mail back items themselves or receive a prepaid return label (cost will be deducted from refund amount). All return labels are issued through FedEx and will be directly emailed to the customer. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for all labels provided by Staircase and Railing Store. Customers may drop off packages at any FedEx shipping location or use the included instructions to initiate a FedEx pickup at their home. For a scheduled pickup, a FedEx driver will arrive at your location and pick up your packages.

Due to the large size and high cost of shipping staircase kits, customers are responsible for return freight charges. When returning a staircase kit, customers will be responsible for all transportation as well as a 25% restocking fee.

Note: To ensure you receive your full refund, please be prepared to provide photos of the item(s) being returned.
